A little about me
After years of learning and experimenting with endless health, wellness, and self-development content, I discovered that applying someone else's formula to my own life never really created the lasting changes I was looking for. It was only when I used this knowledge and applied it to my own natural tendencies that I began to create a life that felt truly mine.
As I explored different modalities including Astrology and Human Design, I began understanding my unique blueprint even better. I stopped comparing myself to others, began embracing my own essence, and unleashed a powerful knowing within myself—my inner wisdom and intuition.
This understanding has led me to a greater sense of self, more self-confidence than I could have ever imagined, and a strong desire to share this same awareness with others.
I support women in tuning back into their inner knowing using these practical tools—not to follow another formula, but to discover their own authentic approach to living the life they want.
Yes, you can call what I do “coaching,” but I prefer, “Intuitive Life Design.” My hope is that the work we do together feels natural and intuitive, while strengthening your connection to your inner knowing.

We’ll begin with getting to know each other, your goals for coaching and I’ll create a comprehensive ‘Daily Alignment Blueprint’ for you using astrology, human design, and your personal experiences with your current routines and goals. Your Daily Alignment Blueprint maps out how you're uniquely wired—showing you the specific ways you naturally create energy, make decisions, and move through your day. We'll use your blueprint as a compass to build routines that support your goals while honoring your authentic rhythms, so changes actually stick instead of feeling forced.
After reviewing your blueprint along with your goals and reflections for starting coaching, we’ll begin to develop your action plan that we’ll support together over the next 3 months.
